TheestimatedresultsofthisperiodarethepreliminaryestimationoftheCompanyandhavenotbeenauditednorreviewedbycertifiedaccountants.TheCompanyandtheexternalauditorhavepreliminarilycommunicatedregardingrelevantmattersoftheperformanceestimation,andhavenomaterialdisagreement.

III.ExplanationsforPerformanceVariation

Sales

Forthefullyearof2025,ADAMAisexpectingtoreportadeclineinrevenuesofapproximately0%-3%inRMBterms(1%-4%inUSDterms),comparedtothefullyearof2024.ThedeclineinrevenueswasgenerallyattributabletolowerpricesandtheCompany’sdecisiontooptimizeitsportfolio and geographical presence and to pivot away from selling some basic chemicalproducts,aswellassignificantdeclinesinTurkeyinQ1.Pricesremainedweakmainlyduetolow prices of active ingredients in light of overcapacity, as well as a high-interest-rateenvironmentandlowcommodityprices,whichputpressureondistributorsandfarmers.ReportedEBITDAandLowerNetLoss

Forthefullyearof2025,theCompanyisexpectingtoreportanincreaseingrossprofitandinitsmargincomparedtothefullyearof2024,mainlyreflectingthepositiveimpactsoflowercostsduetoimprovedoperationalefficiencyandlowercostsofinventorysold,morethancompensatingforlowerprices.Similarly,theCompanyisexpectingtoreportanincreaseinEBITDAandinitsmarginforthefullyearof2025.

TheCompanyexpectstosignificantlyreducereportednetlosstotherangeofRMB1,233millionto873millionforthefullyearof2025,comparedtoalossofRMB2,903millionforthefullyearof2024.Thisexpectationismainlyattributabletohigheroperatingprofitandlowertaxexpenses,despite an increase in financial expenses. In the process of further improving operationalefficiency and optimizing manufacturing facilities as part of the Company’s Fight Forwardstrategic transformation plan, the Company expects to record fixed asset and inventoryimpairmentsmainlyinQ42025,inadditiontothecreditlossesduetoliquidityissuesofsomelocaldistributorsincertaincountries(FordetailspleaserefertotheAnnouncementonAssetImpairment(AnnouncementNo.2026-3)).
